I have ordered several times from the PP and have always had good results. Most recently I ordered a flower arrangement for a very dear relative and there was apparently a little missunderstanding about the price. I was told they now charge $25 for delivery and ordered flowers for $125 total. I also ordered a ribbon saying UNCLE which was not on the flowers. The arrangement was very nice and delivered on time, but for that price, could have been larger, and should have had a ribbon. I will order from them again based on past experiences.

A friend confirmed that the bouquet was delivered on time. This is a very large part of my satisfaction as I have had several cases where florists (not this one) have not delivered on the correct day. I was not attending the event and asked Petal Patch for a texted photo. I did not receive one. I am particular and I like to see what I purchased.
It is hard to order flowers clear across the country. Even though I did not receive a photo, I was satisfied with Petal
Patch.

600 characters is not enough to rave about the service at Petal Patch.After a devastating experience with another local florist,I called Petal Patch after hours. Luckily,Sam heard the desperation in my voice and answered the call.She could tell I was very upset.I explained what happened and she calmingly reassured me that she could help. We talked it thru and came up w/a final product.She sent me a pic this morning of the most beautiful arrangement-exactly what I had pictured.My family cannot thank Petal Patch enough for their kindness and beautiful work. The flowers were beautiful however they were not delivered as requested. The delivery at the requested location was missed or forgotten, thus an element of surprise was not achieved. I was then contacted by phone to inquire about a delivery to my home which I agreed to. Flowers were beautiful, but delivery service was lacking.

Online ordering for a delivery was so easy and I'm grateful it could be same-day. My grandmother sent me a photo of her bouquet and it was gorgeous! I'd love it if your system sent an email once the delivery had been completed, in case the recipient doesn't let the giver know right away.

While the arrangement I ordered was lovely, it was delivered to the recipient TWO DAYS after the schedule delivery date (a birthday!). No contact was made with me to indicate there would be a problem with the delivery date (advertised to be same day delivery available and I placed the order by the time deadline indicated online).

My daughter said there should have been 3 different color roses in the arrangement. I only received 2...4 of the orange roses died b/4 they opened. Didn't receive any preservative powder to add to the water when changed. They are in a cool 65 degree/no sun area of the house. In the past roses have lasted at least 2 weeks in the same room of the house.

I am so sorry you were unhappy with your arrangement.
We have a recipe we follow with all orders received on the web. This arrangement called for a 4” cube and I actually increased it to a 5” cube. (and added a few extra flowers)
As far as I know, my phone has never been out of service and am more than happy to discuss this with you at any time at 603-863-3833.

The vase of 6 roses was beautiful but it was left outside my door and I was gone all day and it was quite cold . It would have ruined the flowers if I had arrived home later than five o'clock

Being 300+ miles away, we were hoping for a picture of a nice big, purple bouquet of flowers and when the person receiving the flowers sent us a picture..We were very upset. It was supposed to be all purple and many more flowers than what she received. For $100+ and being 300+ miles away, we aren't impressed. However, we loved how quickly they changed the delivery time for us. We do greatly appreciate that! Just wish we would have received what we ordered....

We have told our daughter it was a beautiful bouquet. In truth, it was not arranged well and there was a gap showing a need for anther flower or two. Stems were so short there was not enough room for cutting to extend the life of the bouquet.

Although the arrangement did arrive on time, it was significantly smaller than the arrangement shown & worth about half of the price I paid. I have been very pleased with Petal Patch in the past. I loved the 6 pink roses with baby breath in a vase of water. The roses have gradually opened up and are still beautiful after one week. I always prefer arrangements like this in a vase of water as I do not have to cut long tough stems or find a vase to arrange them in. Keep up the good work.

I love the pinky promise bag. I saw one while snittig with my friend while she was having Chemo. She first had breast cancer and is now fighting liver cancer. I am also a 2 1/2 year breast cancer survivor. The bag is being used as a raffel item to benefit the Relay for Life Cancer fund raiser. I am asking for one for Mother's Day. My husband ordered the flowers online for our anniversary. He was looking for a local florist but did not want me to know about the purchase so I would be pleasantly surprised. I was!
The colorful, freshly cut bouquet of flowers is arranged beautifully in a vase. The aroma from the flowers is magnificent. They are almost a week old and still look as they did the day they were delivered.
A box of chocolates was added which in combination brightened my day greatly. They were hand-delivered by the florist. The delivery service was outstanding. The gentleman handled the bouquet with care and a smile.
I would recommend this local florist to anyone looking for fresh flowers, fabulous service, and a smile to be delivered to someone special.
My husband is happy with is purchase and so am I!
We will definitely use this florist again.
